I made 3 bird OCs last year. This is one of them.

Line art, coloring and finishing touches were done in Photoshop. BG and effects in SAI. It was my first time using SAI and it gives more freedom than Photoshop in some areas, plus they're almost the same in scheme so it was like I've known how to use SAI for a long time! But I'm still not good in making BGs.
